GREENLAWN, NY – On April 30, President Edwin Rivera and the Shrine AHEPA Chapter 500 brotherhood sponsored a 50’s-themed Sock Hop benefiting the special needs community. This dance social took place at New York Fitness & Boxing of East Northport, Long Island. Attendees enjoyed live DJ music, party lights, fun favors, and plenty of pizza. To top off the event, a local vintage car club supported the chapter by showcasing their classic cars and donating money for future socials. The chapter collected a total of $700. A huge thank you to the following AHEPA brothers: Nick Monogioudis, John Mandalios, Issac Rivera, Steve Ramerini, and Brandon Rivera for their constant support and dedication to the chapter.
